GBP40,000 to GBP43,500 + Pension + Bonus + Private Medical + Days Based
Are you a Maintenance Team Leader/Manager with experience in a FMCG/Food production environment, looking for the opportunity to join the Senior Management team in an industry leading company?
You will become an integral part of a successful and expanding company. On top of this the company always look to promote from within meaning you have the opportunity to move even higher within the business.
The organisation are aspiring to be the Number 1 in their industry and are looking to continue in their expansion by increasing their production line. They are a company who pride themselves on their quality of product, service and reliability and are looking for a Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for the immediate repair and maintenance of all machinery whilst demonstrating a strong sense of leadership.
You will set and manage performance targets and will make sure that the team keep to the company's high reputation of reliability.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Maintenance Manager in a Food/FMCG production environment.
The Role:
- Provide leadership and direction got the whole Engineering Maintenance Team ensuring all maintenance of machinery is carried out at speed, in a safe manner and successfully
- Promote the use of Lean Manufacturing Tools and Techniques to drive a sustainable culture of continuous improvement
- Review and report on performance of shifts working in partnership with the Senior Management team
-Four on Four off shift in a days based role
The Person:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager in a FMCG/Food production environment
- Experience in a Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement - Six Sigma role
- Looking for a role within the Senior Management team of an industry leading company
