We are looking to recruit a Database Administrator. The role is to support several different functions within the business and offers the opportunity for an individual to identify areas they may wish to explore at a higher level in the future. A consequence, the individual will need to be able to manage multiple work streams effectively and will require good organisation skills. Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Populate CRM system with new companies and validateAssist on updating the Website contentAssist in providing necessary market information and researchMonitor and maintain collateral and promotional items stock levels and re-order as necessaryUpdating social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Blogs HR & Finance Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislationReference checks for temporary staffSupport with temporary staffing payrollChasing timesheets for weekly payroll Administration Write, place and update adverts in line with company proceduresScanning, storing electronic documentsSupport the team with general administrative requests and ad hoc projectsAssist on updating and maintaining the company documentation and databases Essential Requirements:- English & Maths GCSE at grade C and above are required or equivalentSelf-motivated and able to identify opportunitiesA team player who is always happy to assist others in the teamConfident and professional telephone manner essentialExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise and escalate where necessaryEager to learn - proactive in asking for opportunities to be involved in projects Desirable Skills:- Knowledge of recruitment software or CRM systemsICT literate with accurate keyboard skills Benefits:- 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day each year up to maximum 25 daysBirthday day offReward day offOnsite car parkingHealth InsuranceEye test costs (as part of health insurance)Bonus schemeSocial functionsPension schemeRegular CPD training There are genuine opportunities to progress, as an organically grown business, we only promote from within and hard workers are recognised and rewarded.
