TSA have an excellent long term opportunity working in partnership with a asset management consultancy who are seeking a number of Building Surveyors to carry out condition surveys. Working on a educational sector framework you will be required to carry out detailed surveys for our client.
The workload will be on going and be a condition surveys internals and externals of various properties, you will be identifying condition and recommended action.
We are ideally looking for formally qualified Building Surveys with prior experience in the public sector. Expenses to be covered throughout the duration of the contract.
