This is a key role in our business as you will be the first person our customers and visitors encounter so we need you to make a great first impression. Quill’s administration Team is a great place to work – a friendly and supportive environment where things are busy and sometimes quite demanding.

Receptionist / Administrator - Job Description:

Duties to include:

• Answering incoming calls for the company and directing them accordingly
• Greeting visitors to Reception
• Recording Sales enquiries and passing them to the Sales Team
• Monitoring and ordering all necessary office consumables including stationery
• Answering queries and delivering a high level of customer service
• Signing for deliveries
• A variety of Administrative duties as requested
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area

Receptionist / Administrator - Person Specification:

• Customer focused
• Professional attitude
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word packages
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Well organised and good at multi-tasking
• Honest and reliable
• Able to deal with visitors at all levels
• Good telephone skills

This is a full time role, 8.30am – 5pm daily Mon – Thu with a 3pm finish on Friday.

Salary will be £16,000 per annum.

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but for the right candidate, full training would be given.
