Key responsibilities:
* Analyse KPIs, stock and margin, pricing and promotions, highlighting commercial opportunities and risk
* Analyse stock, trading performance, challenging the status quo and decisions made by the business
* Partner the marketing function, analysing return on investment on promotions
* Take ownership for budgeting, forecasting and operational business plans
* Prepare reports and presentations to the board and senior management
* Implement new management reports and P&L modelling
* Help develop a team to support the business growth long term
Skills/Experience required:
* Finalist / qualified ACCA / CIMA or overseas equivalant
* Previous analytical / commercial finance experience in the retail or consumer goods industry
* Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at the highest level
* The ability to communicate complex financial issues / information to non-finance colleagues
* Previous budgeting, forecasting and analytical experience
* Advanced Excel
