ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER - CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS

THE PROJECT
These projects would see you working on a major water framework that has an amazing pipeline of work worth GBP3bn running until 2020.
This framework delivers water improvements to over 4.5 million people across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Isle of Wight.
You're going to be working as part of the specialist division who focus on delivering the maintenance and improvement of water supplies and wastewater treatment works covering West Sussex, Hampshire and Isle of Wight. The size of the projects will range up to GBP2.5m in value and you would be responsible for overseeing the installation of equipment to remove Nitrates from clean water including all M+E works.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You're the Assistant Site Manager I want to hear from if you like working for a main contractor and enjoy looking after a wide scope of works. If you enjoy working on prestigious frameworks, then this may be the job for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for: management of small teams (Circa 6 individuals), daily site reports, health and safety checks, managing plant and equipment on site, overseeing subcontractors and handling technical paperwork.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this Assistant Site Manager position you are going to need: Previous experience working on RC Structures and civils packages (Mandatory) and if you have a background in the water industry working as an Assistant Site Manager that would be ideal.
Technical qualifications you will need include: SMSTS, CSCS Card (Gold Supervisor or Red Trainee Manager as a minimum) and First Aid tickets.
SALARY: GBP220 - GBP250 PER DAY
