Location: Haydock, Merseyside

Salary: £16,000 basic + commission

Account Manager – The Role:

 To actively source business from existing customers via telephone to achieve company targets.  To maintain the active status of customers by considering rate reviews and implementing where applicable.  Dealing with additional outlets, ecommerce and MOTO applications.  Handling escalated complaints to a satisfactory resolution, taking into consideration customer revenue, solution costs and the company complaints procedure.

Account Manager – You will be:
