Ryan Direct Group are one of the leading insurance service providers to the UK Finance, Retail and Insurance marketplaces. We currently employ approx 500 employees across 4 sites based in Preston, Elland, Doncaster and Hyde. This is an exciting time to be joining our expanding Company as we have grown strongly since formation in 1990, and aim to continue to grow.
Due to client demand we a seeking people with excellent customer service experience either within a call centre / contact centre or office related environment to join an established Property Claims Team based in Preston
The role involves taking inbound calls from customers who are making property claims and guiding them through the process, experience within insurance is not essential as full training will be given
We are looking for people with the following skills:
•Excellent Administration skills
•Communications skills (written and verbal)
•Understanding and reassuring telephone manner
•Professional attitude and appearance
•Computer literate and strong keyboard skills
•Proactive attitude
•Enthusiasm
Qualification Requirements:
•Grade C or above in English and Maths
•Relevant experience within a call centre / contact centre or office related environment
Due to the nature of our industry all successful applications will need to perform a criminal and consumer credit check
We also offer an excellent range of benefits including; 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 25 days with service), life cover, annual bonus scheme, pension.
We do work a 40 hour week with contract hours between 8am to 8am Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays and no Sundays
