Our client, a global gaming organisation are currently recruiting for an Environment Manager who will be accountable for all non-production environments and will coordinates all activates across Data Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Infrastructure management and test management.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for assessing and scheduling environment bookings and prioritise and resolve scheduling and resource conflicts as required.
• Responsible for the analysis and translation of project environment requirements in order to establish the approved environment specification.
• Maintain the environment throughout the test delivery life cycle by management and application of the appropriate change control processes.
• Responsible for producing the environment delivery plan to establish the key activities, resources, dependencies, risks and time scales necessary to deliver the environment.
• Responsible for the management of committed internal and external resources to ensure environments are validated and the approved delivery plan is on track to deliver against agreed time, cost and quality targets.
• Support the continuous measurement of the test environment estate to ensure environments are an accurate reflection of operational network.
• Experience of Management and co-ordination of internal, external and parental environment resources with the aim of meeting current and expected business demand for build and configuration across all projects within remit.

Skills

• Working knowledge & full understanding of project frameworks, methodologies and standards.
• Excellent planning, development and execution skills to time/cost/quality targets..
• Capable in risk management methodologies, including the identification, assessment and management of environment delivery risks.
• Experience of delivering projects of a similar nature
• Experience of end to end Environment Management
