Practice Manager

Due to retirement, we are looking for a commercial Practice Manager with excellent organisational and leadership skills to guide the practice through continuing NHS reforms.  The role will be pivotal in driving the business forward and the successful candidate will be enthusiastic about healthcare, with the ability to lead the delivery and development of our services.

We are a Practice of 4 Partners, with a patient list size currently at 9,700 split across our two sites in Keynsham and Saltford, with our Keynsham site relocating to new premises in the iconic Somerdale development this summer.  We are a cohesive Practice with a strong emphasis on training, team work and patient-centred care and we appreciate and enjoy the benefits of a long serving and happy team.

The successful applicant will need to possess commercial and business acumen and be able to identify new business opportunities and create solutions that are beneficial to the Practice.  An excellent team player, with leadership and people management skills, they will possess solid experience in financial planning, be able to manage multiple tasks of a varied nature and have experience of dealing with the public.

For this full time position (37.5 hours a week) a salary of £38,000 - £43,000 is on offer, commensurate with experience, together with an NHS pension and 6 weeks holiday.
