Tchibo Coffee International has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Executive to join our Technical Support Team based in our modern Head Office here in Epsom. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £17,127 plus one Saturday in five working from home (paid as overtime) and generous commission potential with ote £23,000.

As a Customer Support Executive you will be working as part of a small, busy, friendly team, helping provide exceptional support for our customers regarding their coffee machines.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive

- Provide a basic troubleshooting service and where possible resolve coffee machine issues over the phone (full training will be given).

- Escalate on-site repairs, liaise with our Field Service Engineers and schedule appointments.

- Book in filter changes and boiler inspections where appropriate.

- Maintain a high level of communication with the key stakeholders

Skills and experience required by the Customer Support Executive

- Previous customer service experience in a Service Desk / Helpdesk / Call Centre.

- A commitment to customer care.

- Ability to gather, organise and manage information.

- A good knowledge of MS Office packages.

- Previous appointment scheduling experience would be beneficial.
