Based in Manchester – Mid sized claims Management based company looking for strong Telesales Advisor who are looking for a company to grow with and develop their careers.
Key duties of the role for Telesales Advisor
- Making outbound calls generating client claims
- Building rapport with clients, arranging any call backs necessary
- Logging information relating to each client on CRM System
- Keeping an organised spread sheet of all call-backs
- Maximise revenue and sales for the business through cross selling.
