Shift Manager - Frome
Starting Salary: up to ??35,000
Hours: Rotating Shifts
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Our client is a leading, employer of choice food manufacturer in the UK, they are currently looking for an experienced Shift Manager to take on this newly created role!
This is an exciting role that is regarded as being instrumental to the further development of the current Management team. Our client is renowned for its employee engagement; leading from the front is expected!
We are looking for a forward thinking, ambitious team-player able to coach and mentor success in those around them whilst continually driving lean manufacturing forward to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requirements:
* Previous management / supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
* Knowledge & experience of Lean principles
* Flexible, hard working, team player
* Exceptional communicator
* Analytical mind-set
* Up to date with Food Health and Safety Legislation in the UK (Advantageous)
