We are a contracted health care agency providing care assistants and nurses to elderly residential homes, nursing and dementia care homes learning disability organisations and children services.
Here at 247 we offer introductory group sessions designed to provide detailed information about being a carer with 247 and what support and guidance you can expect from us.
The Sector Based Work Academy includes:
- Completing online training which is funded by 247
- Obtain a DBS on your behalf (a DBS is essential to work in care)
- Completing 2-4 weeks practical training in a care home local to where you live (you must do 25 hours each week)
- There is a guaranteed job at the end of it
Once the training is complete we offer:
- Weekly pay with competitive rates from £7.00-£8.50 (More for nights and weekends)
