One of our branches located in Oxford (Cowley) is looking to employ an Internal Sales Trainee to join their small but busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the sales team in all aspects of their job.
Sales Trainee - Main Duties
The main tasks to include (but not limited to):
• support the team on all aspects of the sales process through quotes, orders, receipts and despatch in order to provide a high level of customer support to new and existing customers.
• general administrative support including answering the phones,filing, dealing with e-mails and faxes.
• trade counter and warehouse work as and when required.
Sales Trainee - Key Skills:
- Excellent communications skills, in both verbal and written forms
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic/intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly
Sales Trainee - Training:
Training will be given on all aspects of the liaison with suppliers & customers and any additional IT required.
Full-time, Permanent contract
Salary: £15K - 25K Depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am – 5.00pm (with one hour lunch break)
