Due to ongoing growth, they are now looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Motor Payout Department on a part time or full time basis.

As a Customer Advisor, you will be tasked with delivering excellent service to customers using Secure Trust Bank’s motor finance lending solutions. 

You’ll receive a comprehensive training and induction programme to ensure that you are equipped with the expert knowledge to service customers’ needs. 

Acting as more than just a friendly voice on the end of the phone, you’ll take full ownership of queries from customers, dealers and third party providers, providing confident and sound guidance. 

A major focus of your role will be compliance and accuracy. As such, you will verify customers’ information and validate all necessary paperwork in accordance with business procedures. You will ensure loan documentation is checked for accuracy prior to efficient and accurate legal agreement execution on behalf of the Bank. 

Additionally, you will make sure that audit and compliance matters are paramount in your daily business activities through adherence to business policies, procedures and regulatory risk frameworks. 

Interested? To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience within a customer service environment 
- Administration experience 
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English 

As a Customer Advisor, you must have a target-focused nature and the ability to explain information clearly and confidently, with a great eye for details. 

Previous telephony experience would be beneficial to your application. 

Please note, there are full time and part time roles available, with part time staff working weekends, with the option to work two additional days during the week.
