We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Surveyor - (Bathroom and Kitchen) to join our team based in Welwyn. Within the role, you will design kitchens in accordance with agreed parameters whilst taking into consideration of all regulations and housing quality standards. Completing works to meet customer and client needs, you will ensure designs are fit for purpose at all times. The successful Surveyor - (Bathroom and Kitchen) will ensure all kitchen and bathrooms are surveyed in a timely manner meeting the demand on the program whilst improving key performance indicators. Candidates for this position will ensure business complies to H&S whilst regularly liaising with clients, tenants, suppliers and subcontractors.  Reviewing complaints and acting accordingly on trends, you will attend operational meetings as required by the Senior Contracts Manager.

A proficient user of IT, you will be a competent user of MS Excel with a good level of financial/commercial acumen. Ideally candidates will hold previous designing experience, however this is not essential as full training will be given. The successful Kitchen and Bathroom Surveyor will possess strong team working skills and preferably have experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client, however this is not key to the position. With a strong customer focus you will be results orientated with the ability to succeed in our dynamic team.

 

Candidates for this role must hold a driving licence
