Support Worker

At Complesso we have an opportunity for an experienced support worker with a minimum of 6 months to join our team.

You would be working as part of a small team supporting a young lady with a learning disability in the Sparkbrook area of Birmingham.

Duties to include support accessing the community, meal preparations, attending appointments, completing paperwork.

The hours each week are:

·         Monday       08.00-10.00  14.00-22.00 (22.00-08.00 Sleep in)

·         Tuesday      08.00-10.00  14.00-22.00 (22.00-08.00 Sleep in)

·         Wednesday 08.00-10.00  14.00-22.00 (22.00-08.00 Sleep in)

·         Thursday     08.00-10.00  14.00-22.00 (22.00-08.00 Sleep in)

·         Friday          08.00-10.00  14.00-22.00 (22.00-08.00 Sleep in)

·         Sunday        08.00-10.00  14.00-22.00 (22.00-08.00 Sleep in)

What we offer:

·         £8.00 per hour

·         Contracted Hours (Not zero), available at FT and PT hours per week plus overtime if you want.

·         Full training

·         Weekly pay

·         Career progression to senior care or project management roles

About you:

·         You have a minimum of 6 months experience as a support worker

·         You can commute in and around Birmingham

·         You are care focused, dedicated and supportive person who wants to improve someone life on a day to day basis to allow them to reach their potential.
