The Training Room, specialists in the delivery of high quality, professional training courses, are looking for Sales Professionals wanting to join the team based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £20,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.

The Training Room is a training and careers provider. In a nutshell, we specialise in high quality professional training across a range of industries including Beauty Therapy, Personal Training and IT. Our Sales Professionals are responsible for the nationwide recruitment of students wishing to start their dream job. Targeted to convert warm leads from interested customers into sales, our Sales Professionals are strong communicators who are passionate about our training courses and giving people the opportunity to train in a new career.

You will receive our bespoke 1-week Sales Training programme and continued coaching to give you the support to exceed targets.


Main Tasks include:

· Offering advice on the training and opportunities we provide to warm leads.
· Corresponding with customers by phone and email to answer questions, book appointments and gain commitment.
· Exceeding targets using exceptional customer service with applicants.

Skills required:

· A determined and positive attitude towards exceeding set targets.
· An understanding of amazing customer service and a need to provide your customers with an “extra mile” style of service.
· The ability to adapt naturally and quickly build rapport with different customer styles effectively and provide solutions for a variety of situations.
· A hunger for the rewards and challenges a role in sales brings.
· An interest in Sports, Technology or Beauty.
