Customer Service - Automotive

Do you have demonstrable experience within a contact centre environment? Are you adept in the use of a PC, internet and email and able to grasp new software applications easily? Do you have experience within the Automotive Industry? If your answer to all of the above is YES, then we have the ideal position for you! As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling enquiries from a wide variety of fleet customers regarding their vehicle maintenance. This is primarily an incoming call handling role and so exceptional customer service is a must. This is a full time role, working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7am-7pm.
