Despatch Co-ordinator - Dudley - GBP18K - GBP24K - Full training provided
A Despatch co-ordinator is required to join a very successful and highly reputable company manufacturing high precision material for a range of specialist industries.

As a Despatch co-ordinatoryour responsibilities will include;
*
Create delivery notes via data inputting & prioritising customer requirements.
*
Producing relevant paperwork for despatch, organising customer returns and ensuring TABs are dispatched. This includes Test Certs & invoices if required.
*
To assist the planning of production on a daily basis and ensure the orders are ready for despatching on time.
*
Close communication with the sales team to ensure accurate processing of orders.
As Despatch co-ordinator you will require the following Qualifications, Skills and Experiences;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*
Ability to build relationships
*
Outstanding organisational skills
*
Grade C or above in Maths & English
* Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
