Leading Multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy is seeking an experienced senior surveyor / employer's agent to join their North Kent office.
Due to increased workload our client is looking to add a senior level surveyor to act as an employer's agent on a range of new build developments.
The ideal candidate will have around 3 years post qualified experience although it has been mentioned our client will look at candidates who are approaching RICS qualification and have a number of years relevant experience to counter this.
You will have extensive hands on experience of acting as employer's agent or project manager for significant sized complex projects which include private residential along with being able to manage a project team and lead the delivery of services to a high level.
