Administrator / Sales Support
Edinburgh
GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 per annum + Benefits
Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant to join their team working in the Edinburgh office, to support 2 Business Development Managers, ensuring their time is efficiently managed to consult with advisers and market their services.
The role will be responsible for liaising with professional advisers and product providers, supporting any new business to help secure the target for all new business development. On a broader remit, this is an opportunity to assist in the organisation of relevant local events, to ensure successful networking and marketing of our brand.
This role requires an organised candidate with a sound administration / sales support background, preferably within the financial services sector.
You will be accustomed to managing your own workload and must be comfortable working autonomously and supporting Directors and Managers remotely, as they will frequently be working away from the office. The ideal candidate will be tenacious, professional and persuasive, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly. It would be highly advantageous if you CF1 certified (as a minimum) and had a good understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
