PRACTICE MANAGER

Full time 37 hrs per week, based at our Buckfast office

Salary Scale NJC 42 - 47 (£36,937 - £41,551 fte), based on experience

This is a key post, managing our team of social workers in Devon covering both recruitment and assessment of prospective adopters, and non-therapeutic adoption support practice. Based at our Buckfast office we are seeking a qualified, highly experienced adoption worker with a proven track record of motivating and supervising staff, setting and achieving high standards and developing services which provide positive outcomes for children and families.

You will need to be able to work to clear timescales, have good communication skills, be diplomatic, empathetic and show sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
