The role of the Customer Services Order Processor is to provide overall support and administration to internal & external customers, including liaison with suppliers and general customer enquiries. Key Responsibilities: Liaising with customers regarding the progress of orders, enquires and returns Processing orders within the agreed timescales Setting up of new customer accounts Liaising with accounts regarding credit and customers on hold Managing customer returns alongside the QA team Liaising with Suppliers with regard to quotations and delivery times Ensuring all orders and documentation is filed electronically Providing telephone cover as required Working additional hours where essential to cover urgent situations or unexpected workload Providing cover in the Customer Services Team as required Attending product and application training sessions on a regular basis in order to gain a full understanding of products and services Essential Skills/ Experience: Previous experience within a customer service environment is essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident and professional telephone manner Good MS Office and CRM skills Approachable, helpful, calm, assertive & flexible Ability to build strong customer relationships Able to work with team and other business units at all levels Ability to manage a busy workload and meet targets/deadlines Must be flexible and take ownership of unexpected tasks and see through to completion Candidates' suitability for positions will be judged exclusively on criteria relating to qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience and attitude.
