You'll take responsibility for customer accounts investigating account histories to maximise contact and collection opportunities, recovering arrears and protecting the bank's interests whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer care.
The role calls for a passion for accuracy, a patient, sympathetic manner and proven customer service skills, ideally backed up by experience in a telephone-based collection role.

Our office hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays. We are open to discussions around flexible working within these times.
