Salary: 2030k (dependant on strong compliance background in energy sector)
Permanent, Mon Fri 8.30am to 5.00pm
Summary:
Our client is looking for an Implementation & Compliance Internal Account Manager to join their growing, friendly business. Are you smart, articulate, hardworking and ambitious? Have you got experience of working within the Energy sector and would an opportunity to further your career? We are looking for someone with solid Excel skills, and someone who has energy experience.
You will be joining our operations team, using an online portal and CRM system.
*Energy industry experience essential!
Responsibilities
*Dealing with registration queries, including supplier objections and rejections
*Bill validation
*Assisting with supply queries, including new connections and meter upgrades
*Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
*Obtaining and analysing bespoke quotes for I&C customers
*Dealing with general energy supply and billing queries
*Weekly operations update
Qualities Desired
*Numeric and analytical
*Ability to solve detailed problems and use own initiative
*Good communication skills
*Confident Telephone Manner
*Ability to have fun!
