The Role - Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Ideally, for this Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant my client are looking for a graduate with a minimum of a second class degree whom has classroom experience with SEN, experienced Teaching Assistants are highly welcomed. You will be working both on an individual basis as well as supporting students in small groups in the class room. The successful Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant must have a warm and friendly nature as well as an energetic and positive personality in order to support the SEN students well and help them with development and progression day by day.

Found in the London Borough of Enfield, this SEN school is an outstanding all through special needs setting that is very accessible by public transport and with very close motorway links. The School received a 'good' Ofsted rating early last year but with many changes and huge improvements the School is hoping to be rewarded with 'Outstanding' very soon. It has brilliant facilities including a soft play area along with excellent resources and experienced staff.
