Finance Business Partner

The Company: Our client is a highly reputable organisation with a Head office in Oxford. The Role: A new permanent opportunity has arisen in a their organisation for a part-qualified level Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant. Study support would be offered as part of the benefits package. Reporting into the Head of the Department, the main responsibilities would involve: Supporting the construction and maintenance of the business plan, providing templates, analysis, and data to assist the department's teams. Ensure that this data is accurately reflected and maintained in the overall divisional plan alongside the sales budget. Providing financial support to the department when determining investment decisions, including potential investment levels and reporting on past performance. Providing pre-PIA analysis of all PIA submissions, ensuring all data is robust, and providing feedback both to the relevant Head of Department and the PIA meeting. Planning and forecasting first cost investment and write off. Providing support in determining relevant budgets within the Department to support the delivery of the plan. Providing financial training across the Department. About you: Candidates that apply should have a Commercial Finance or Business Partnering background and ideally be part-qualified. You must have at least intermediate Excel skills (pivots/V-look ups and ideally Macros), be used to working to tight deadlines and be comfortable in a stand alone role regularly networking with non-finance colleagues.
