Settlements Team Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious client in a role as a Settlements Team Manager based in Glasgow City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of Settlement Analysts who are responsible for managing the movement of funds across several clients.

Key Duties:

- Settlement of equities, fixed income, structured products and bonds
- Managing risk within a regulated environment
- Lead the way in setting minimum standards
- Promote and initiate small changes ensuring processes are efficient
- Lead by example, ensuring teams awareness of company values
- Manage team through change and growth
- Manage the development of team by introducing Performance Development plans

To be considered for this role you will require the following:

- Technical Investment Admin experience is essential
- People management experience essential
- Flexible and professional under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Work accurately towards deadlines
- Ability to contribute and challenge within a team to improve performance
- Ability to communicate with peers and senior members of the team
