Field Associate

The Role
•,Following comprehensive sales training, you will then go into the field and accompany experienced colleagues before undertaking your own pre-confirmed appointments
•,Present the range of company products which include windows, conservatories, doors and roofline to customers in their own homes
•,You will report to the Branch Manager who will provide further support and training as required and be part of a small field sales team
•,Establish customers design needs and place orders
•,Working towards sales targets
•,We provide you with comprehensive training, funded expenses, industry leading bonus structure with realistic earnings during the first month of GBP500 per week, increasing to GBP1000 per week, paid weekly and uncapped earning potential - our top sales people will earn in excess of GBP100,000 per annum
•,NO Cold calling - all appointments are supplied by our UK call centres
•,NO financial outlay
About You
•,Valid UK driving licence, own car and mobile essential
•,Able to attend your pre-confirmed appointments at a time convenient to your customers which can include evenings and weekends
•,Enjoy meeting and building rapport with new people
•,Be motivated, self-disciplined and well presented
•,High level of integrity
•,Target oriented
•,Previous experience in customer service/sales an advantage
