Our Client
Our client is currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Contracts Manager in the Industrial Roofing sector to join the company on a permanent basis.
Our client focuses on numerous flat roofing types and have an outstanding reputation in the market place as well as healthy order book. The candidate will be able to professionally run projects to the budget, work with the client and be capable at keeping projects to program.
The Role:
Deliver high value projects and have an excellent knowledge of the industrial roofing sector.
Run multiple projects simultaneously
Manage subcontract labour
Oversee all works and run a clean and functioning site
Liaising and constantly communicating with management and Sub Contractors
The Candidate:
Have run projects of GBP500k or more
Have extensive knowledge of various flat roofing systems
Must have 3 or more years previous experience within the industrial roofing sector
Be dedicated and be willing to put in the hours required to achieve results
MUST have SMSTS
