Front End Web Developer - Web Developer - Front End Developer - JavaScript - HTML - CSS - UI - Adobe Photoshop - C/C++ - Java - Crawley - Gatwick - GBP40,000 - GBP48,000 Dependent on experience + career progression and company benefits.

My client is a dynamic and highly successful privately owned company based in modern offices near the centre of Crawley, West Sussex. They provide a web-based Real Time contact centre reporting application running in a cloud computing environment.

This is an exciting new position created following a period of business growth and this is a brilliant opportunity to join a successful and growing team.

JavaScript Developer - Web Developer - Front End Developer primary focus will be Front End web development. I'm looking for someone who has a passion for design along with excellent programming skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and enhancing all aspects of the companies Real Time reporting user interface and administration portals
  • Designing aesthetically pleasing browser-based user interfaces, with a passion for writing awesome code that is well-structured and highly maintainable.
  • Maintaining an awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, Internet security, and emerging technologies, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless implementation of web application enhancements.
  • Assisting with improving & maintaining our Company website

Skills:

  • Knowledge of current web technologies including multiple JavaScript UI libraries, custom self-built JavaScript widgets, supporting Java Back End component & logic development, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML, full CSS box model, Adobe Photoshop, and JavaScript to create modern, impressive & attractive, mobile-friendly, reliable, and highly intuitive client-side dynamic web application functionality.
  • Dynamic web page generation using Java Servlets & Java Server Pages, including experience doing some supporting Back End design & development.
  • Experience of multiple programming languages like C/C++, Java, etc. would be advantageous.
