Main function of the jobThe individual in this role will be expected to work with partners across O&T to help effectively land strategically important initiatives, as well as using available data to establish, design and deliver interventions where opportunities for further reinforcement of changes are highlighted. This could include being an active part of a working group for a strategic initiative, taking ownership for the change delivery strategy and approach; or being accountable for creating an intervention that, for example, better helps colleagues access, understand and use information critical to their role and the running of their department.
Utilising Change Capability
This will require the individual to utilise their Change Capability skills to provide expert guidance on how to best land and embed change as well as supporting and delivering bespoke change-related projects.
Providing expert guidance on how to best land and embed change
- Understand Change impacts on target populations
- Use Change Methodologies to establish how best to deliver the Change(s)
- Be an active member of working groups owning the Change Delivery Strategy and approach
- Highlight required support to ensure Change Delivery achieves the desired strategy and approach
- Utilise KPIs and Indicators that display level of Change Readiness and once delivered, Change embedment
Own and deliver bespoke change-related projects
- Build relationships across O&T to understand where there may be opportunities for further reinforcement of changes and opportunities improve access to, usage of, or understanding of information and/or materials critical for teams to succeed
- Support change-related projects as well as pro-actively proposing additional initiatives where insights suggest opportunity for improvement
- Utilise KPIs and Indicators that display level of Change Readiness and once delivered, Change embedment

- An experienced Change Capability manager
Stakeholder Management
- Ability to develop excellent working relationships across multiple business areas

- Ability to analyse and investigate to understand and interpret actions required

- Ability to design and deliver innovative and engaging interventions

- Ability to generate consensus and support in project teams, working groups to required initiatives and interventions

- Ability to communicate effectively with operational/middle tier leaders and members of their teams
Data analysis
- Ability to analyse, interpret and take action from multiple data sources
Leading by example
- Day to day displaying the right behaviours, attitude and enthusiasm
Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role
- Change Capability qualified and/or experience
- Previous experience of managing Middle and Senior Management relationships.
- Knowledge of Payment/Card Services industry
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) and/or High Performance track record throughout career.
- Relevant professional certifications
