Architectural Technician | Bristol | ??30k - ??40k
An award winning architecture practice are seeking to add a talented Architectural Technician to their Bristol Studio, and it could be you!
Why?
The company are able to offer the opportunity to work on some spectacular projects that will shape the landscape of the South West. Projects range from Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential; with typical project values ranging from ??5m - ??40m. The company are huge believers in new technology, with Revit at the forefront of the business. Along with the projects, there is an excellent culture within the office as well, with regular social events a regular occurrence.
What you will need
- Degree qualification or equivalent
- Experience across all RIBA stages - especially within the Technical stages
- Experience of completing construction drawings
- Full knowledge of UK building regulations
