Position: Area Business Manager / Area Manager
Location: South West
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent with probationary period
Salary: ??42k per annum

About the role:
Lanes are seeking a dynamic individual for their drainage division to be responsible for leading the expansion of the division to provide the full range of drainage services to their domestic, commercial and industrial client base.
The Area Manager will ensure that sales levels, costings and controlled spending levels are achieved to enable the operating teams to meet customer demand, hit productivity targets and achieve profit budgets. Supported by Administration, Sales and Operations teams this role requires a leader to steer the team on a successful path as well as having a hands-on approach.
About you:
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of what is required to enhance the performance of the Depots to achieve budget requirements, inclusive of Operational, Sales and Commercial performance
- Demonstrate strong commercial experience in a similar role
- Can do approach in relation to their customer service values
- Experience in a reactive multi-client service delivery environment would be beneficial though not essential
- Support for local Management teams to drive improvements where necessary
- Staff Reviews / interviews
- Client interface will be a requirement to support both Sales and Operation teams
You may have experience of the following: Area Business Manager, Area Manager, Business Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Depot Manager, Facilities Manager etc.
