Repairs, Voids and Planned Operational Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen within Property Services for a Repairs, Voids and Planned Operational Manager.  This role has responsibility for leading the in-house team, delivering responsive repairs; voids work management and planned works to ensure customers receive an excellent service while delivering value for money.

The main duties include;

• Managing the, responsive, voids and planned operational teams to ensure adequate resources are employed to complete work to the required standard and within the time scales
• Adherence of appropriate policies and procedures, ensuring quality management  and continuous improvement
• Monitoring of performance against targets and performance indicators
• Budget monitoring and control
• Ensuring all Health and Safety responsibilities are delivered including compliance for all reactive maintenance, voids and planned work activities
• Liaising with sub-contractors, clients and clients groups
• Deputising for the Maintenance Manager

You should be self-motivated, able to demonstrate that you can work to targets and have excellent knowledge of working within the housing or construction industry, in particular the operational delivery of a reactive repairs and maintenance environment.

The successful applicant must a flexible approach to work and have the ability to work on their own and to meet tight deadlines.
