About The Role Applicants for this role should have a desire to work in a fast paced time bound environment where you will be constantly juggling finite resources to meet client needs. You will need to be resourceful and creative in finding solutions to deliver against client requirements. You should have a proven track record in a scheduling function as you will need to provide comprehensive end to end scheduling and administrative support to our client ensuring we meet our current Service Level Agreements. You will be scheduling standalone events, small projects containing multiple events as well as large scale long term training programmes needing multiple types of resources including multiple trainers, specialist suppliers, venues, equipment hire etc. Experience in a team leader or line management role would be a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for: Scheduling and all associated tasks including but not limited to booking rooms, booking trainers, sourcing contract resources, finding venues, arranging kit hireManaging workflow through the teamComprehensive administrative support including but not limited to processing customer bookings About The Person You should be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy pressurised environment where tasks are time bound. You should have excellent attention to detail, be commercially savvy and thrive on finding creative and innovative solutions to problems. Applicants need experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels including senior management along with good negotiation skills. Experience of managing small teams would be a distinct advantage.
