Machine Operators

I am currently recruiting for the following roles for my client near Crewkerne: 1 x Grinding/Honing Setter/Operator Setting/operating various grinding machines and automatic/manual honing machines 1 x Hard Turn Setter/Operator Setting/operating Hardinge hard turn machines that are Fanuc control 1 x General Machine Setter/Operator Setting/operating a variety of turning and grinding machines with flexibility to move to different machines. 1 x CNC Machine Centre Setter/Operator Rudimentary knowledge of Fanuc 11m/16i and 18m controls and understand the use of Fanuc Macro 'B' method (low level) All candidates need to have the following: Focus on safety Team player, flexibility, Ability to work on own initiative, To be responsible for quality. To be able to work with a variation of high to low volume. Experience with team improvement processes would be a bonus Ability to read 1st angle and 3rd angle projection drawings. Capable in using measuring/gauging equipment. Manual handling. There are various shift patterns available. Salary dependant on experience.
