Property Manager fixed term contract

We are looking for a Property Manager to join the Touchstone team in Bath. With a focus on providing excellent customer service you will provide support for several residential property portfolios. This is a fixed term contract covering a period of maternity leave until the end of August 2017.What your role will beYou will be the first point of contact for tenants and contractors, supporting a portfolio of properties throughout their tenancy lifecycle. You will liaise will local letting agents and provide support throughout the lettings process. Managing any maintenance needs, being aware of possible arrears and ensuring property compliance with both statutory and Touchstone standards.As part of the growing organisation we are continuously taking on additional clients and you will use a flexible approach to property management as well as communication. Making sure that your style is adapted to fit their requirements.Your backgroundTouchstone are a growing organisation with demands on this team increasing all the time, we need you to cope well with pressure and challenging situations. This is a small close knit team, where people with a strong work ethic and sense of humour do well. You will have experience working within an office based customer service role with a background in property management seen as beneficial.Your new team will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, tenants and external organisation, you'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills to succeed.
