Location: Based London with travel to Enderby, Leicester 2 days a week

Salary: £32452 - £44093 Per Annum Plus Benefits

Start Date: ASAP

Are you a Leadership and Management Development Expert looking for a new challenge? Can you design and develop creative, innovative and targeted blended learning for managers and leaders?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent and Management Development Expert within the Learning and Development team. You will be ideally based in the South / London Regions, but will need to be prepared to work at Head Office (Leicester) 2 days a week.

Reporting to the Talent and Management Development Manager you will need to build strong and professional relationships within Learning and Development as well as the senior Retail Management Teams.

About the Leadership and Management Development Expert Role:

  • Research and source information / material, to ensure that learning is up to date and that it meets the needs of the business
  • Design learning materials (for retail managers), ensuring that a variety of methods and approaches are used and they reflect the 70:20:10 approach
  • Manage multiple and complex projects to the brief provided
  • Work collaboratively with Training Managers and their teams to support the successful implementations of learning projects
  • Provide coaching and support for top talent in the field (Senior Store Managers through to Area Managers)
  • Produce talent plans from psychometric tools that benefit the development of the individual and meet business objectives
  • Working up to 2 days per week from our Leicestershire Head Office

The ideal Leadership and Management Development Expert:

Proven experience of:

  • Creating highly engaging and innovative blended learning programmes for managers and leaders
  • Designing learning programmes that address business issues
  • Working with internal and external subject matter experts to design effective learning programmes
  • Using psychometric tools e.g. MBTI, WAVE
  • A member of the CIPD
  • Able to work with Adobe InDesign and Articulate
  • A coaching qualification would be an advantage for this role
