We have been expanding rapidly over the last 10 years and aren't planning on slowing down! To assist us in continuing our strong financial performance we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Finance / Marketing Analyst following an internal move.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join an already successful Finance Team and gain experience working with a globally recognised brand to deliver Domino's greatness. The right person for this position will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Analyst by providing support, insight and guidance through the monitoring and analysis of our sales and marketing activities.
The successful candidate for our Marketing Analyst will be a talented, driven individual who has strong business acumen and who enjoys providing business solutions through the extrapolation of data and its analysis. You will also be responsible for the transition of reporting from our current system of Excel to our new Tableau system.
Our Marketing Analyst role will involve:
Reporting on key performance measures and providing analysis on key variances
Continuous improvement on how we gather information, present it and interpret results ensuring it meets the changing needs of the business
Working with our Business Intelligence Team on the building and maintenance of robust databases
Working closely with our Local Store Marketing Team to provide advice on best practice analysis and KPI setting
Assisting the larger Financial Planning and Analysis Team in the evaluation of marketing activities including sales impact, product mix and profitability
The right candidate will have experience of data & statistical analysis and report generation within a consumer retail and/or digital organisation along with first class Excel skills.
You should be inquisitive, utterly reliable in your work and able to build effective networks across finance and the wider business. You should generate innovative solutions by approaching problems with curiosity and open mindedness, using existing information to its fullest potential. Educated to degree or equivalent level you will have ideally acheived or be studying a finance qualification.
