The Company:

Main duties:
To provide Administration and sales support to the team and deliver high standards of customer service for the UK and France.
The Role:
- To support the managers in quotations by gathering all elements
- To provide to the managers and agents accurate paperwork (transfer details, invoicing and
prospective bookings)
- To maintain accurate record of each booking
- To manage the invoices and ensure the payments are collected in a timely manner
- To update / maintain the agents and customers details accurately
- To provide the best service for both the clients and the company
- To undertake visits to main attractions / destinations
- To achieve targets
- To translate documents when required
The Candidate:
- Fluent in English
- Fluent French (Spoken and written) - Essential
- Previous experience in Sales Environment / Group reservations / Travel Industry – Desirable
- Previous experience within a Customer Service / Administrative role - Desirable
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners
- Strong Administration skills with attention to detail
- Strong Organisation skills and ability to prioritise workloads
- Computer literate
