Excellent opportunities have now arisen for 4 Multi Trade Skilled Operatives to join them to cover London and the surrounding area.

Reporting to the Repairs Supervisor, you will work as part of a team and will be responsible for carrying out basic property repairs and maintenance on privately owned and social housing properties, including plumbing, carpentry and building work.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have the ability and skills to multi trade with the requirements of Carpentry, Plumbing, Wet Trades, Tiling and Brick/Block work.   With substantial experience of using the above-mentioned skills, you will ideally have a trade qualification in at least one aspect of the work although additional training would be given to the successful operative.

Due to the nature of this role, you should possess a valid full driving licence and will be able to participate in emergency service involving working outside normal hours as and when required.
