The Fix Creative are proud to be working with is a hybrid marketing agency in Hampshire, who are currently looking for an Account Manager.

To strategically own, manage and develop client relationships on a daily basis, including operational activity and client-liaison. Taking overall ownership and responsibility for the project management of all projects. This extends to interpreting the requirements of the brief and engaging wider agency resources to deliver on-time, and to the highest quality.

Account Management responsible for:
• Ownership of allocated accounts, working to deliver projects on time and to budget
• Taking lead on daily liaison including calls and weekly senior check-ins. Comfortable enough to handle F2F meetings when not accompanied by line manager.
• Taking client briefs and pro-actively and confidently suggesting alternative solutions to the client - adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible
• Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations
• Sourcing suppliers and building quotations based on agreed requirements
• Monitoring project budgets, striving to complete within the allocated time and manage the client budgets
• Understanding the challenges faced by our clients, allowing the client to be the hero - their success is our success.

Project Management responsible for:

1. Project Initiation & Planning
• Gain initial understanding of project purpose and the project objectives
• Chair planning meetings with subject matter experts to define requirements
• Prepare project documentation, statement of work, quote, brief and schedule for both internal and external services
• Prepare financial schedule and associated system set up requirements
• Present to the client for review and approval, providing additional information as required
• Gain appropriate approvals, internally and externally before proceeding

2. Execution & Control
• Demonstrate clear leaderships skills to the project team and client, organising and chairing briefing meetings and work in progress meetings as required
• Ensure clear roles and responsibilities are defined within the project team
• Prepare and provide project status reports at agreed intervals to the client
• Monitor and control the project schedule, immediately communicating to the client any changes or delays, maintaining the right balance of quality, time, money and people
• Manage the change order process and informing the client of any cost implications before proceeding, updating documentation as required
• Adhere to standard operating procedures set by the agency

3. Review & Closure
• Financial reconciliation and reporting against the project
• Client follow-up to review success of project
• In-house review for continuous improvement
