As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will provide a high level of technical support to our customers, primarily from the London HQ, but also visiting customer’s offices.
In this diverse role, you will:
- Deliver a friendly, helpful and courteous service
- Resolve queries as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Lead by example and help to develop more junior engineers
- Assist the Project Team with project implementations
- Help the Support Manager with planning and service development
- Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date
- Occasionally travel to sites to provide on-site support to customers

- At least three years’ experience in an IT support role
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Windows desktops, Windows 2008+ Server, networking and Office 365
- An understanding of cloud technology
Analytical and pragmatic, as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you’ll have strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach. Eager to expand your skill-set, you’ll also have a collaborative mindset and great prioritisation abilities.
