Kitchen Appliance Installer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join DBD's Installation Team as an Installer. DBD is a family business that has grown into the UK's leading Appliance Installation Distributor. Your role as an Installer is to provide an industry leading installation solution to the company's national appliance business, servicing the Contract, Logistics and Furniture divisions. To provide a professional service at all times ensuring work carried out is of a high standard. To ensure all duties are carried out to the satisfaction of the customer and in line with DBD policy and process.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
??? Ensuring necessary checks are completed prior to leaving DBD RDC including checking manifests, PPE, paperwork and any other relevant items are in place
??? Driving to and from sites in a fuel-efficient manner, with support from Assistant where possible
??? Carry out pre-installation checks on plots to ensure everything is prepared for install including live services and kitchens completed
??? Carry out all duties in a professional and friendly manner at all times
??? Install appliances and carry out any necessary works to the highest possible quality. Ensuring any works carries out by assistants are supervised and quality consistency does not suffer
??? Ensure plots are left in the same condition they were found prior to leaving site
??? To ensure Manifests and Proof of Delivery paperwork is completed and given to administration within agree timescales
Skills & Attributes:
??? Practically minded with a methodical and organized approach to work
??? Display good time management skills as early start time required
??? Diplomatic with the ability to communicate with people at all levels in a calm manner, sometimes under difficult circumstances
??? Display good personal appearance & be physically fit
??? Possess good geographical knowledge
??? Full of initiative and self-motivated with a confident and positive attitude
??? Literate with a good knowledge of English both verbal and written
??? Full driving license (3 points max) and CSCS card essential
??? CCN1 and CKR1 qualifications are essential

Job Title: Kitchen Appliance Installer
Salary: Up to ??30,000 OTE with Flexible Benefits
Location: Taunton
Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.00am and 5.00pm
Contract Type: Permanent
