Are you an ambitious Site Manager looking to join a developer where you can progress relatively quickly and map out your own career?
A leading national housing developer specialising in both large high-spec houses and flat developments with some social housing, are looking to procure a Site Manager for a large ongoing development in Somerset. With an extremely solid land bank (Apply online only) units a year) and currently operating around 14 sites from their South West office, this is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career.
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing this 190 unit development from inception through to completion, handover and aftercare. You would also manage the site based teams and co-ordinate all the information from each team member and attend weekly client meetings.
The ideal candidate will come from a housing developer background and have good experience in traditional build construction. You must have your SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates along with a real passion for quality construction.
