Are you looking for a new challenge, yet rewarding role working for an established organisation who continue to grow? If so, we are now recruiting for a Benefits Manager and are looking for individuals just like you!

Our company has been providing employee childcare benefits for employers since 1996. We currently have two products, our unique TEDS Premier workplace nursery benefit and TEDS eVouchers, our childcare voucher benefit. We are an SME and we are a specialist supplier to the SME market.

Due to continuing business success and growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Benefits Manager to join the team in Knutsford, Cheshire. We work hard but they appreciate the work / life balance and that is why they work Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm.

Benefits Manager Responsibilities:

Following training, you will be working on your own initiative to ensure that TEDS eVouchers and TEDS Premier contracts are run efficiently and professionally, supervising the administrator(s). Responsibilities will also include:
  • Full responsibility for the administration of the TEDS eVouchers.
  • Ensuring that all leads for TEDS eVouchers are followed through in a timely manner.
  • Providing support to the TEDS Premier Administrator and ensuring consistent quality of work.
  • Registering all starters and leavers.
  • Monthly procedure run for TEDS eVouchers, ensuring that all parties are signed up for next available start date.
  • Ensuring all e-mails are dealt with in appropriate manner, from both websites and own emails.
  • Answering phone/email queries.
  • Updating Database.
  • Signing up new childcarers.
  • Providing cover for staff absences as required.
  • Any adhoc tasks as needed.
The Ideal Benefits Manager:

To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience of administration and Team Leader / Supervisory skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook e-mail, PDF formatting. You will also possess:
  • Good communication, listening & organisational skills.
  • Highly numerate.
  • Customer Service driven.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Team leader and team working skills.
Salary & Hours

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 pro rata. Working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 5:30pm.
