The Role:
A great opportunity to join a busy planning support section. With training and guidance, you’ll be responsible for administering the Community Infrastructure Levy for the authority, including charging, monitoring and collection functions.
You’ll assist other departments to ensure effective enforcement and reporting of CIL funds where required.
We’re looking for an administrator who’s interested in becoming the lead officer in this specialist area of work. You’ll be knowledgeable about the planning system and able to interpret and apply rules and procedures confidently. You’ll be able to deal positively with enquiries by telephone and in person, and be able to work independently.
